    From 'we want to do something with AI' to a defensible multi-year roadmap. Six to twelve weeks, end result: a twelve to twenty page document with use case portfolio, prioritisation, architecture sketch, governance model and phasing. Written to be adopted by your board.

    • Model routing: one gateway, multiple models (Claude, OpenAI, local models)
    • Vector database (Qdrant, Weaviate or pgvector) as shared knowledge layer
    • Observability stack: traces, costs, quality, usage
    • Identity and secrets: Key Vault, OAuth for Google Drive, Microsoft 365
    • Documentation and runbooks for internal administrators

  • AI coaching & ongoing support

    An ongoing relationship for organisations that want internal ownership — their own team building and managing agents — but want a fixed sounding board to look over their shoulder. Monthly or bi-monthly, async and sync. Not a permanent dependency; a mirror that slows down or accelerates where needed.

    • Monthly: 4 hours sparring + async reviews of new agents
    • Bi-monthly: 8 hours sparring + deep review of one agent or architecture question
    • Project mode: temporarily more intensive around a specific rollout or incident
    • Independent advice: no vendor interests, no margins on licences
